MPC assisted 3 Bean Coffee with their new location at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. MPC provided site selection, pre-leasing site assessments, budgeting, work letter negotiation, design oversight, permitting oversight, health license oversight, general contractor bidding, and day-to-day construction management.

MPC also procured signage, kitchen equipment, data/IT, furniture, and branding. We provided a turn-key service for 3 Bean’s ownership team.
