Chris DeLuca

Chris DeLuca is an experienced veteran of the construction and development industry. Having worked for various corporate project management teams, Chris has extensive experience in the retail, office, and restaurant real estate project management markets.

Chris is the principal of MPC and oversees all aspects of MPC’s clients and construction teams.

Chris has worked with clients including M&T Bank, Navy Federal Credit Union, State Employees Credit Union (SECU), honeygrow, HipCityVeg, Boston’s Pizza, Amsterdam Falafel shop, Lotsa Pizza, and many more.

Christopher graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has an MBA from Loyola University. Prior to starting his firm, Christopher worked for M&T Bank and managed their retail and office portfolio for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Chris is also involved with the Rotary, AIAC, and Community of Strength Project.

He lives in Severna Park with his wife and two children.

Anthony Brown

Anthony joined MPC after 12 years managing government health and wellness facilities. His time was spent at the White House Athletic Center, Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice. Anthony received his Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College and has lived in the DC and Baltimore area since. Anthony is a hands on project manager and enjoys building relationships and understanding each clients operational needs.

Jesse Vaughn

Jesse Vaughn, RA came to McHenry with 10+ years of experience working as an Architect and Project Manager in Philadelphia. Since receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Philadelphia University in 2008, Jesse has worked with several well known firms and clients in the greater Philadelphia area. He’s designed and documented an array of projects including public libraries, multi-family/single family residential, commercial/office space, retail, restaurant/hospitality, etc. The desire to further assist his clients bring their projects to fruition led Jesse to joining the McHenry team. Jesse brings with him a plethora of knowledge on design, building codes, construction methods and project management. With a focus on getting the details right while maintaining an efficient project schedule, Jesse has become a valuable asset to our team and clients.

Tom Carr

Tom Carr came to MPC after overseeing the Construction for M&T Bank for in the Middle Atlantic for 6 years where he was responsible for the overall management of new branch development, site selection, construction and remodels.

Tom is the Senior Vice President of MPC, responsible for obtaining new clients and overseeing all aspects of MPC’s existing clients. Tom is a decisive, action-oriented Senior Manager who seeks to maximize and drive results and excels at management, developing project scope (budget, timelines and delivery dates), relationship-building and customer service. Over his career he has worked with clients including Home Depot, Office Depot, Limited Brands and more…

Tom received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from University of Maryland and has lived in the Washington D.C. area for 15 years. He lives in Silver Spring with his wife and two kids.
