Overview:

MPC is assisting the ownership team in the redevelopment of a 33,000 sf warehouse into office and retail. The project has been awarded federal, state, and local historic tax credits and the redevelopment will begin in late spring.

MPC is providing design, construction, and historic tax credit oversight. We will oversee the redevelopment and actively recruit tenants for the building.
