Mchenry recently spearheaded the design, construction, and tenant implementation for the 14 Stall Commas Food Hall on behalf of our client, GBT Realty. Based in a multi-story mall, McHenry coordinated the complex task of installing 14 exhaust hoods and three main exhaust duct shafts through multiple floors and existing mall tenants in order for the food hall to be able to function. We also oversaw the individual stall kitchen design and construction, as well as all signage, IT, and furniture
